Had our annual trip to the beach last week. It is always fun and a good long break from the heat. Always do lots of fun stuff. Eat, beach, shop, travel, swim, and lots more.
Below: We went to a Luffa farm. Luffas are actually a squash as the dry out they form a luffa. It was quite amazing. I bought one for $5 and it is so different than the ones you get in the store here. It is fresh and so soft! left: is a luffa before it is peeled all the way. right: it still in squash form on the vine. bottom: a almost ripe luffa cut in half. you can actually see it forming.
Below: My dad, uncle, cousin and I all went kayaking at Morro Bay which is about 20min away from pismo. It was so cool. You literally glide on the water. We just went across the bay to this beach and got out and walked around looking for cool shells.
Below: One of my new favorite spots. These benches and gazebo are right off of this cliff. The waves crashing are so cool to watch and listen too. There are lots of seagulls around there too.

Below: There is a website that you can go to and there is a live cam of downtown Pismo. This is us talking to aunt Laurie's work. They saw us waving to them on the camera. I got to call Josh too. It was pretty cool!
