House Wife Projects

I don't know what # I am on anymore. But here are my latest... a wedding countdown for Chris and Jessica. The numbers are velcro and can be taken on and off!

A grocery bag holder to match my apron, dish clothes, and message board!

Date Night with The Soon to be Larsens!

Went to dinner at PF Changs with Chris and Jessica, the soon to be newlyweds, and for dessert after at Seredipity 3 after. I got their famous frozen hot chocolate. Chris liked it the most. We met up with Mike and Amber and walked the forum shops. We talked and goofed around until we couldn't walk anymore. I was so excited to also find out that night that I get to be a bridesmaid in the wedding!! Josh and I are both in and I am so excited I can hardly wait.

4th of July

We had a great 4th of July. I went out to the lake with my grandparents, cousins, and sisters in the morning. We wake boarded and tubed. Kalah got up on the board like a champ. I didn't even care to try. Tarin was our flag girl in her life jacket that didn't fit her! We headed in just as everyone else was coming out.

That afternoon Josh and I headed to his parents. We had a BBQ, water balloon fights, and just plain water fights with hoses and water slide. After we watched the neighbors fireworks and set off our own display. I love holidays and BBQ. Its the only good thing about summer.

Poker Night

Josh hosted a poker night with his friends while we went to the backstreet boys concert. We had tons of people over. Our friend Steven was in town from college and got to come over. When he comes into town everyone from high school gets together it is like a mini reunion. We always have a good time catching up and reminiscing. Hopefully we will get to do it again soon.

Backstreet Boys Concert

Jessica and I went to the Backstreet Boys Concert a few weeks ago at The Beach at Mandalay Bay. We had a blast from the past. It was still just as fun as when we were 12. I ran into a friend of mine from high school, Kristin, it was good to sit and chat with her and her mom. By the end of the concert it was ruled out that I was more of a N'SYNC fan than BSBs. I didn't know one of their biggest songs haha. I challanged the girls to a nsync lyric showdown if they ever come to town. It was great! Weird to think that all of "the Boys" were balding and had wedding rings on and we were there with our wedding rings on watching them. We are all getting old!!
