I dont know why but I had to put these 2 updates on another post because it wouldn't let me put any other pictures on the last one.
Enjoying the Pool
We have been enjoying the community pool. We only go when there is no body there. Which is hard to come by but we get lucky every once in a while. In our next house, I would love to have a pool!
Willy Wonka @ Spring Mtn.

Went to see Willy Wonka last week with some of Josh's family. We had a great time visiting, eating, and of course watching the play. It was good. I really liked it. I haven't been disappointed yet with a play there. Hope to see Annie next summer!

A Spa Day
The other day I went to spend my gambling winnings at the Green Valley Ranch Spa. Locals get 30% during the week so I figured why not? I got a neck, back, and shoulder massage and a pina colada pedicure. With any service you get full access to the spa pool all day. There you can order food and drinks and you don't even have to get up. It all comes to you. The picture on the right was the pool I go to lay out by after my massage. Which was probably the best I have ever had. The picture on the left was my view from the pedicure chair. This was the main pool. The pedi chairs were amazing too. No massage but but the bowls were so cool!!
Sex in the City 2
I went and saw Sex in the City 2 with my sisters, my mom, and some close family friends. I never watched any of the series but I just love the movies. They are so good! I enjoyed the girls night out. I am ready for #3!
On Father's Day, we went for a hike up at Mt Charleston with my family. It was a total of a 4 mile hike and it took about 2.5 hrs. I would love to do it again. It was a great work out. We went back to my grandparents for a BBQ and to open gifts. My dad got a blue ray and we got him some movies to go with it. My grandpa got some new golfing clothes. After a quick visit, we headed over to Josh's grandparents. I tried to resist the Mexican food but I couldn't. We opened gifts. Dave got key less entry for his truck. Josh and I took it to get installed a few days before and he was so disappointed because he thought we were getting something done. Little did he know. His grandpa got a automatic hammer thingy. I'm not quite sure what it was called but he enjoyed making noise with it.
A Surprise Visit

Toy Story 3 @ Midnight
Went at 12:01am on June 18th to see Toy Story 3. It was my favorite out of the 3. We pretty much laughed through out the whole thing. I'm not sure if they set it up for a 4th on or not at the end but I think that they would be ok with just leaving #3 as the last one!
Racquel's Birthday @ Disneyland
Josh and I took Racquel, my best friend, to Disneyland for her birthday. I wrapped up one of the carmel apples I made and gave it to her as her gift! We had an awesome time. She hadn't been in like 6 years so she was like taking a little kid. Apparently the workers thought she was little too. On Snow White, they made me switch seats with her since the little person has to sit on the inside. I made sure the worker knew she was turning 23. We enjoyed making fun of all the hard core Asian tourist by putting up our peace signs too in every picture. I even got glowing Mickey Mouse ears to wear with her. Josh didn't want any part in that. Got to see the World of Color too. It was amazing. No words really explain it until you see it for yourself. Disneyland never disappoints me.
We went over to my parents to watch the big game. Dave and the boys, Kim, and Jared joined us. Tarin made her first batch of rice krispy treats. We even put purple and yellow sprinkles on them for good luck! And it worked. Lakers became the National Champions for the 2nd year in a row. They beat them 83-79.

A Surprise Visit
Last weekend we had a surprise visit from my dad's adopted sister, Jana. It had been almost 19yrs since my Aunt Laurie had seen her and about 10yrs for my family. She was going to Arizona and had a little bit of extra time to come see us. We had fun being tourist with her. We ate at a Mexican restaurant called El Patron. It was very good. They we headed to Fremont Street. I have been down there several times and never saw this fancy red high heel. It was so cute! Aunt Jana, Aunt Laurie, and my Dad had to get a picture with Elvis. Every tourist does right? Josh and Laurie played the slots for a little bit while we walked around. I came back and put in 9 bucks and hit a royal flush. Cashed out $200 richer! After we all went home I stopped to play bingo. I won the coverall and got $100. I was $300 richer when I got home!

Oh The Place We Will Go!...TO EAT
So I have decided to start right down all the restaurants I see on the food network and travel channel that we can check out when we go on our yearly vacations. We have a list started of places we want to go...Nashville, New York, Austin, San Francisco, Hawaii, and I am sure there is a few others we wouldn't mind. So I figured that since I publish a blog book every year that I can write them down in here and go back to it depending on where we are going. So the first one is...
San Francisco
Ikes Place- a sandwich shop with off the wall ingredients in their sandwiches including the 13 ingredient one!!

San Francisco Creamery- an ice cream shop with any kind, any topping, any way you want it including the Kitchen Sink ( a 4lb bowl of ice cream...gross!)
